Luz Diaz not only assists Lou in teaching his classes, she is known as the "most graceful and elegant dancer" by many students. Luz and Lou usually design the quarterly routine dances for the Performance Students together.

Debbie D'Aquino has been an associate of Lou Schreiber for over a decade. Hired as his assistant instructor, Lou & Debbie enjoyed teaching together for seven years. Then Lou asked Debbie to take over his West Coast Swing classes to free up some much needed personal time for him. Debbie and Lou continue promoting each others dance classes; and they enjoy performing dance exhibitions together whenever the occasion arises. Debbie is one of the best West Coast Swing dancers and instructors in California. She has won multiple awards in West Coast Swing and New York Hustle. Her West Coast Swing classes can be visited on Sundays at "The Studio, Art of Dance" 113 Main Street, El Segundo, CA 90245 (near LAX).
